Terms of Sale and License Agreement

These terms cover buying and using Rezume (“the Software”) from Aniruddh Dubge (“we”). By purchasing or using Rezume you agree to them.

1. Purchase

Rezume costs a one-time fee shown at checkout. The sale is processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as merchant of record; Polar's terms also apply to the transaction: polar.sh/legal/terms. Prices include applicable taxes where Polar is required to collect them.

2. License

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rezume on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a Mac to move the license. You may not share, sell or publish your license key.

3. Updates

Your license includes all updates to Rezume for as long as we publish them. We don't promise any particular feature, timeline or macOS version support.

4. Refunds

Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing icantcodefyi@gmail.com or through Polar. We refund in full, no questions. After 14 days refunds are at our discretion, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Refunded keys are revoked.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the license check, redistribute the Software, or use it to build a competing product using our code. Normal debugging and accessibility tooling is fine.

6. Permissions

Rezume needs macOS Accessibility permission to read and move windows, and asks for Automation permission only for integrations you turn on. It uses them only for that. You can revoke them at any time in System Settings; Rezume will stop working.

7. Disclaimer

Rezume is provided “as is”. We do not warrant it will restore every window in every app, or that it will work with future macOS releases. macOS behaviour is outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Rezume is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for lost data, lost work or indirect damages.

9. Termination

We may revoke a license key on chargeback, fraud or breach of these terms. You may stop using Rezume at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at your purchase date applies to that purchase.
